Mongolian Vegan Soy Protein
We'd need:

Marinating sauce: In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon veggie oyster sauce (mushroom sauce), 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon vegan sugar.

Marinate the TVP and set aside. Proceed to prepare other parts.
2 gloves garlic, crushed
1/4 onion, sliced
1/4 leek or 1 sprig green onion, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Ground black pepper, to taste
Red chili pepper powder, to taste
Easy-peasy cooking steps:
Heat the cooking oil, then add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.
Add onion, sautée for 1 minute.
Add marinated TVP, cook until soft (a few minutes).
Sprinkle black pepper and chili pepper powder, to taste.
Turn off heat. Add leek/spring onion. Gently mix once.
Serve with hot rice. It's exquisitely delish!

Món xào chay Mông Cổ (Hồng Hương)
2 chén chất đạm chay khô, ngâm nước cho mềm, vắt ráo nước.
Ướp nước xốt: nước tương, dầu hào chay, tương đen ăn phở (hoisin), giấm, đường - mỗi thứ 1 muỗng canh. Để sang một bên.
Chảo nóng, cho 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào, phi 2 tép tỏi thái nhỏ, khoảng 30 giây. Cho 1/4 củ hành thái lát, xào tiếp khoảng 1 phút. Cho chất đạm chay vào, xào đến khi mềm và thấm đều, khoảng vài phút. Rắc tiêu và ớt bột vào, ít nhiều tùy khẩu vị. Tắt bếp. Cho boa-rô (hoặc hành lá) thái khúc, trộn nhẹ tay.
